Do I have to track macros and calories?

Are workouts beginner-friendly?
Yes! Each plan is customized to your fitness level, from beginner to advanced.

How much time will workouts require?
Most workouts range from 30-60 minutes, depending on your program and schedule.

How often do we check in?
Depending on the program you purchased, check-ins occur over phone or zoom biweekly or monthly.  You have a specific check-in date each week over the app & email.

What support do I get between sessions?
You’ll have access to direct messaging, motivational reminders, and educational content.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching?
Yes! I provide both structured plans and personalized coaching calls for additional support.

What if I need modifications?
I adapt workouts to accommodate injuries and physical limitations.

Pricing & Commitment

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Give me a week's notice, and I will pro-rate the monthly fee and issue a refund if, for any reason, you are not satisfied.​

 

Can I use my HSA or FSA Plan?

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to pay for a personal trainer if it's medically necessary, but you'll need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your doctor.

Onboarding includes assessments, coaching call, device set up goal setting, and your personalized health plan setup to ensure success.
